Every dog is different, and so is every groom. We work with you to create the perfect style and routine for your dog's coat type, temperament, and lifestyle.
A gentle introduction to grooming for puppies aged 12 weeks and over. We make the experience positive and stress-free.
Our signature service: bath, blow dry, full scissor or clipper cut, nail trim, ear clean and finishing touches.
A thorough wash with premium shampoo and conditioner, followed by a professional blow dry and brush out.
Nail trim, paw pad tidy, ear cleaning and sanitary clip. Perfect as a standalone or add-on service.
Gentle, ultrasonic tooth cleaning for dogs using the Emmi-Pet system. No anaesthetic, no scraping — just clean, healthy teeth.

Our Policies
We want your experience to be stress-free from start to finish. Please take a moment to review our policies.
We require at least 24 hours notice for cancellations. Late cancellations or no-shows may be subject to a charge of 50% of the booked service price. We understand life happens — please just let us know as soon as you can.
All dogs must be up to date with their vaccinations. Please bring proof of vaccination for your first visit. This protects your dog and all the other dogs we care for.
Severely matted coats may need to be clipped short for your dog's comfort and welfare. We'll always discuss options with you first and act in your dog's best interest. De-matting that causes distress will not be continued — your dog's wellbeing comes first.
Puppies can visit from 12 weeks old (after their second vaccination). We take extra care with senior dogs, adapting our approach to their needs and comfort levels. Please let us know about any health conditions or mobility issues.
Please inform us of any behavioural concerns before your appointment. We're experienced with nervous dogs and will always work at your dog's pace. However, we reserve the right to stop a groom if we feel the dog is in distress, for the safety of your pet and our groomer.
Please arrive on time for your appointment. Late arrivals may result in a shortened groom. We'll contact you when your dog is ready for collection — please be available to collect promptly. A late collection fee of £5 per 15 minutes may apply after 30 minutes.
