2. Booking and Cancellation
All grooming appointments are by appointment only. Bookings are confirmed upon receipt of your enquiry and confirmation from Grooming Boutique. Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours in advance to receive a full refund. Cancellations made within 48 hours may incur a cancellation fee.
3. Payment
Payment for grooming services is due on the day of the appointment. We accept cash and card payments. Prices are subject to change without notice, but current pricing will be confirmed at the time of booking.
4. Health and Safety
Your dog must be in good health and free from contagious diseases. Grooming Boutique reserves the right to refuse service if a dog appears unwell or poses a safety risk. Owners are responsible for disclosing any medical conditions, behavioral issues, or allergies prior to the appointment.
5. Liability
Grooming Boutique is fully insured and takes every precaution to ensure the safety and wellbeing of your dog. However, grooming carries inherent risks. Grooming Boutique is not liable for any injuries or incidents that occur during grooming unless directly caused by negligence or breach of duty.

You agree to use this website only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not infringe upon the rights of others or restrict their use and enjoyment of the website. Prohibited behavior includes harassing or causing distress or inconvenience to any person, transmitting obscene or offensive content, or disrupting the normal flow of dialogue within our website.
